SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (Springfield Times) — The Springfield Board of Education passed a 3.9 mill levy to counteract a decrease in state funding. If approved by voters, the levy would cover day-to-day educational expenses, not construction projects, and help offset a significant loss of state funding.
