LUCAS COUNTY, Ohio — The Lucas County Republican Party has implemented a new residency requirement for candidates seeking endorsement in the 9th congressional district race to ensure a closer representation of northwest Ohio residents. Four Republicans are competing for the chance to challenge Democratic Representative Marcy Kaptur in the upcoming election.
