Man indicted on murder charge in fatal north Toledo shooting

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTOL) — Marlon Henderson, 45, was found not guilty of murder charges but guilty of tampering with evidence in the shooting death of Avon Harris, 69, on Elm Street. Henderson had been indicted on two counts of murder, felonious assault, and tampering with evidence following the incident.
