Democrats silent on FACE Act charges for Minnesota church disruption
CITY, State (Fox News) — Democrats who previously demanded the enforcement of the FACE Act against pro-life demonstrators are now silent regarding Minnesota church disruptors facing similar charges.
Key Democrats Silent on FACE Act Prosecutions
In March 2025, Democratic Reps. Sean Casten, Jan Schakowsky, and Jerrold Nadler led a letter demanding the enforcement of the FACE Act against pro-life demonstrators. However, when asked about prosecuting left-wing agitators disrupting a church service in Minnesota, they did not respond.
Bondi Pursues FACE Act Charges
Attorney General Pam Bondi is now pressing FACE Act charges against agitators who disrupted a Baptist service in January. Democrats who signed the letter may have to decide whether to support these prosecutions.
Bondi’s Actions Against Disruptors
Bondi’s office has already pursued charges against disruptors, including a school board member and an organizer of the church disruption. Bondi stated, "Listen loud and clear, we do not tolerate attacks on places of worship."
