## Cody Smith’s Threats
Troopers in Harrison County, West Virginia, received a threats complaint on Jan. 19 about Cody Smith posting videos online threatening to attack and kill ICE agents and Trump supporters.

## Arrest and Charges
Smith was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats after authorities found previous social media posts where he threatened violence against various individuals.

## Legal Proceedings
Smith is currently held in the North Central Regional Jail with a bond set at $75,000. The Harrison County Prosecutor’s Office has not responded to requests for comment.

This incident follows a West Virginia librarian, Morgan Morrow, being arrested for allegedly recruiting individuals to assassinate President Trump. Morrow’s statements were condemned by the Jackson County Public Library.
