OHIO, USA (WTOL) — Governor Mike DeWine signed a bill granting incarcerated women in Ohio access to period products for free in correctional facilities, effective March 20. The bipartisan bill passed unanimously in both the House and Senate, aiming to ensure dignity and hygiene for female inmates.
