PERKINS TWP., Ohio (WTVG) — A Columbus man is facing charges of public indecency after allegedly exposing himself to a woman at a medical facility. Tony Ray Harn, 67, was caught on video going in and out of the women’s bathroom and disguising his voice as a woman. Authorities urge any other potential victims to come forward.
