FINDLAY, Ohio (WTOL) — A routine traffic stop in Findlay escalated into an 18-minute high-speed chase reaching speeds over 110 miles per hour, ending in Lima. Da’Shawn Pitts Sr., 32, was arrested and charged with multiple felonies after fleeing the crash scene.
