TOLEDO, Ohio (WTOL) — Toledo Public Schools is considering proposals that could transform schools, sports, and staffing, causing uncertainty among students. One idea includes turning Bowsher High School into a performing arts academy for grades 7-12, which has faced opposition from some students.
