WAYNE COUNTY, Mich. (WTOL) — Detroit Metro Airport is implementing new security measures following a recent incident where a vehicle crashed into the McNamara Terminal. The driver, who has not been charged, made a sudden turn and accelerated through the entrance doors. The airport is currently using temporary bollards while considering permanent safety solutions.
