TOLEDO, Ohio (WTOL) — Marlon Henderson, 45, was acquitted of two murder charges and one felonious assault charge related to the shooting of Avon Harris, 69, in August. Henderson was, however, found guilty of tampering with evidence and is awaiting sentencing on February 19.
