Border Report: PHARR, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Nearly 300 pounds of alleged methamphetamine were hidden in cases of carrots inside a commercial tractor-trailer at the Pharr International Bridge on Monday, according to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
