TOLEDO, Ohio (City of Toledo) — Emergency warming centers will be open from Jan. 30 to Feb. 2 to help those without housing in Toledo during extreme cold. Transportation assistance can be arranged by calling 2-1-1. For full list of centers and resources, visit toledo.oh.gov/shelter.
