TOLEDO, Ohio (WTOL) — Lucas County Probate Court officials warn residents of a phone scam where callers falsely claim to be from the court’s “Criminal Processing Division,” demanding payment to clear warrants. The court emphasizes they never contact individuals by phone for payments and advises reporting such calls to local authorities.
