CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) — Former Falcons head coach Arthur Smith is set to join Ohio State University as offensive coordinator, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Smith, previously with the Steelers, will replace Brian Hartline and lead an offense featuring star wide receiver Jeremiah Smith and quarterback Julian Sayin.
