TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) — Toledo’s Mayor and Police Chief will address the city’s 2025 crime statistics, revealing that the number of homicides remained consistent at 38 for the second consecutive year. Shockingly, seven victims were under 18 years old, including a 13-year-old named Kei’Mani Latigue.
