HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio (Ohio Department of Transportation) — Amid a winter storm, ODOT driver Joe Estes is being hailed as a hero for clearing a path through heavy snow to escort an emergency transport vehicle carrying a baby to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
