LENAWEE COUNTY, Mich. (Local News) — Dale Warner, accused of killing his wife, refused a plea deal for second-degree murder and evidence tampering, leading the case to trial with jury selection underway. Dale, 57, faces charges of open murder and evidence tampering and has pleaded not guilty.
