MICHIGAN, USA (Governor’s Office) — Michigan students K-12 have the chance to showcase their artistic talents in Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s upcoming State of the State address. They can design the program cover and submit a written piece to be included in the speech. Submissions are due by Feb. 15.
