TOLEDO, Ohio (WTOL) — The Toledo Lucas County Public Library Board of Trustees appointed Keith B. Jordan Sr. as president, Micheal Alexander Sr. as vice president, and Kendra N. Smith as secretary, marking the first time in the system’s history that all top leadership positions are held by Black officers amidst financial challenges.
