TOLEDO, Ohio (WTOL) — Folk-rock artist Lizzie No, known as a rising talent by Rolling Stone, will give a free concert at the Toledo Lucas County Public Library on Feb. 12 as part of the “Live at the Library” series. Attendees are encouraged to register online through the library’s website for the event sponsored by the Library Legacy Foundation.
