OREGON, Ohio (WTOL) — United Steelworkers Local 912 members rally outside Toledo Refining Company, demanding a fair contract as negotiations continue before the Saturday night deadline. Talks have been ongoing since January, with allegations of the company dragging its feet according to Local President Justin Donley.
