Ohio’s Own Metalcore Monsters Just Dropped a 27-City Tour — and They’re Playing Detroit’s Masonic Temple
Hometown heroes are coming home to the Midwest. The Plot In You — the metalcore band formed in Hancock County, Ohio in 2010 by Findlay native Landon Tewers — just announced the biggest headlining run of their career: “World Tour: Part 1,” 27 dates across North America, March 12 through April 18, 2027, running from St. Louis to Nashville.
The Toledo-orbit stop that matters: Thursday, April 16 at Detroit’s Masonic Temple Theatre — plus Friday, April 17 at Fort Wayne’s Clyde Theatre, an easy drive. Two chances. Zero excuses.
Tickets went on general sale today, Oct. 30, at 10 a.m. local time, with presales running earlier this week under code P1TPIY. Every show on the run is general admission — so stretch those pit muscles.
The tour follows the band’s self-titled sixth album, released July 10, 2026 via Fearless Records, and two years of touring alongside Bring Me The Horizon on the Ascension Program tours. Support acts are still to be announced.
Let’s hear it for the hometown crew: Tewers, Josh Childress, Ethan Yoder and Michael Cooper. These are NW Ohio natives — Findlay sits about 45 minutes south of Toledo — bringing one of metalcore’s biggest 2027 tours straight to our backyard. Don’t sleep on this one, Toledo.
