TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) — The El Centro Hub in Toledo’s Old South End, which offers crucial support to the local community, faced funding challenges after cuts from Toledo Public Schools. However, thanks to a grant from the Stranahan Supporting Organization, the project will continue its impactful work in connecting families to essential resources like healthcare and education.
