CATAWBA ISLAND, Ohio (WTOL) — A tragic incident unfolded during an ice fishing trip on Lake Erie when a fisherman collapsed while setting up shanties. Despite efforts by nearby fishermen and a U.S. Coast Guard rescue, the man later passed away due to a heart attack.
