TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) — The Pale Horse, a newly opened horror-themed bar in downtown Toledo, experienced vandalism on Feb. 1, 2026, when a person damaged decor and stole items. Owner Jessica Delgado posted security footage on Facebook to address the issue and urge respect for small businesses.
