TOLEDO, Ohio (UT News) — The University of Toledo reports a decline in spring 2026 enrollment compared to previous years, despite efforts to address the issue under new president James Holloway. The persistence rate for full-time, first-year baccalaureate students dropped from 2025 but improved over 2024.
