TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) — A massive pothole on Upton Avenue was swiftly repaired by city crews after a driver encountered the hazard. The deep pothole, resembling a sinkhole, prompted a concerned driver to alert others and the city workers promptly fixed the issue, including a minor water leak, before noon.
