TOLEDO, Ohio (WTOL) — U.S. District Judge Jack Zouhary has ordered the city of Toledo to respond to a lawsuit filed by Jeffery Schroeder by Feb. 27, following a status conference. Schroeder, a Toledo Fire and Rescue veteran, claims he was unconstitutionally fired for a Facebook comment about a political activist.
