Death Cab for Cutie Announces 2026 Headline Tour
Indie rock band Death Cab for Cutie is hitting the road for a headline tour in 2026, starting off on July 10 in Minneapolis. The tour will make stops in cities like Cleveland, Toronto, Los Angeles, and more, with opening acts including Japanese Breakfast, Nation of Language, and Jay Som.
Lead vocalist Ben Gibbard expressed his excitement about touring with artists who have inspired them, such as Japanese Breakfast, Jay Som, and Nation of Language. These artists have produced some of Death Cab for Cutie’s favorite albums in recent years, making the upcoming tour even more special.
After six albums with Atlantic Records, Death Cab for Cutie has returned to their independent roots by signing with ANTI-. Gibbard shared his enthusiasm about joining the ANTI- roster, which includes some of their favorite artists and old friends. The band is looking forward to starting this new chapter with the support of the ANTI- staff.
In 2025, Death Cab for Cutie celebrated the 20th anniversary of their beloved album "Transatlanticism" and released their 10th LP, "Asphalt Meadows". Now, fans can catch them live on their 2026 headline tour. Check out the tour dates below:
