WOOD COUNTY, Ohio (WTOL) — The Ohio Power Siting Board has approved the construction of a 350-megawatt natural gas-fired power plant to supply energy to a data center in Middleton Township. The facility, operated by Will-Power OH, LLC, will include a battery energy storage system and is set to start construction in early 2026, with full capacity expected by late 2027.
