LANSING, Mich. (WTOL) — The Michigan State House passed a bill aimed at repealing deer baiting restrictions to address overpopulation and rising car-deer collisions, with Representative Jennifer Wortz stating it is a necessary step to encourage hunting and protect the community. The bill, House Bill 4445, now moves to the Senate for further consideration.
