MILAN, Italy (WTOL) — Russian teams continue to be banned from the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympics, but individual athletes may compete under strict conditions as “Individual Neutral Athletes”. Thirteen Russian athletes and seven from Belarus have accepted invitations to compete in various sports.
