Football Earns Team-Record 3.250 GPA in Fall Semester
TOLEDO, Ohio – University of Toledo football student-athletes earned a school-record grade-point average of 3.250 in the 2025 fall semester, it was announced this week.
A total of 90 out of 121 Rockets (74%) earned at least a 3.0 GPA, while 53 of those student-athletes (44%) were named to the Dean’s List with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
Seven Rockets made the President’s List with perfect 4.0 GPAs last fall: Emilio Duran, Jacob Kropchak, Lucas Laroche, Hudson Miller, Jacob Petersen, Anthony Ruggles and Connor Walendzak.
The Toledo football program enjoyed one of its finest years in the classroom in 2025. In addition to setting the GPA record in the fall semester, the Rockets placed a school-record 23 players on 2025 Academic All-MAC team and a school-record eight players on 2025 Academic All-District Team. Toledo’s most recent Graduation Success Rate (GSR) is 96% – No. 1 in the Mid-American Conference.
