Four Rockets Named to Shrine Bowl Watch List

TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo football wide receiver Adjatay Dabbs, offensive lineman Stephen Gales, safety Kaleb Hutchinson and linebacker Langston Long were named to the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl watch list.

The four Rockets were named as part of the “Shrine Bowl 1000,” making a watch list of 1,000 seniors based on potential to make NFL rosters. The game will be played on Feb. 4, 2027 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The bowl is the longest-running all-star game in college football, having been played since 1925.

Toledo opens the Mike Jacobs era at Michigan State on Friday, Sept. 4 at 8 p.m. on FS1. The Rockets’ home opener – “The Biggest Party in Toledo” – against Central Connecticut State is set for Saturday, Sept. 12 at 3:30 p.m. on ESPN+.
