Residents of Saxon House in central Toledo rallied with community members to demand immediate repairs to their apartment building, saying they have endured unresolved maintenance problems for months.

Tenants cited inadequate heat, a lack of hot water, and mold, along with plumbing problems, in calling for action on the building’s conditions.

The rally is the latest in a run of tenant complaints about Toledo apartment buildings, where residents have pressed landlords and the city over living conditions.
