Megan Thee Stallion does not do a casual Halloween — and this year’s Hottieween trailer proves it.

The Grammy-winning rapper dropped a horror-inspired trailer for her annual Hottieween celebration on Oct. 28. Shot in black and white, the video turns Megan into a giant woman looming over a creepy circus set — part haunted house, part high fashion, all Hottie.

Hottieween 2026 goes down tonight, Oct. 30, at Zouk Nightclub in Las Vegas, with Cirque du Soleil involved in the circus-themed production. Yes — the actual Cirque du Soleil. Megan’s Halloween budget is officially in a different tax bracket than yours.

The timing couldn’t be hotter: her three “Tina Tuesday Freestyles” — including “Thin Ice,” which flips Limp Bizkit’s “Break Stuff” — hit streaming Oct. 24, and fans are still waiting on her next studio album, Act: III.
