FINDLAY, Ohio (WTOL) — Findlay secures a $150,000 grant to develop a five-acre urban prairie near the Blanchard River, aimed at reducing flood risks and enhancing environmental benefits. The project, supported by the U.S. Conference of Mayors, is expected to improve flood resilience and potentially decrease flood insurance costs for homeowners in the area.
