TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) — Three individuals were sentenced to jail time and probation for child endangerment after 13 children were found living in deplorable conditions in a home on Raymer Street last August. Angel Oliveri, Cassandra Lambert, and Angel Lambert must serve 90 days in jail, wear ankle monitors upon release, and be on probation for three years.
