Netflix has released the first official poster for The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth — a retro ’70s-style one-sheet unveiled Nov. 2, after an earlier viral “official” poster turned out to be fan-made — along with a 60-second promotional video, ComingSoon reports.

Brad Pitt reprises Cliff Booth from Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood (2019), with David Fincher directing from a screenplay written by Quentin Tarantino. Set in 1977 — eight years after the original — the film co-stars Elizabeth Debicki, Scott Caan, Carla Gugino, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Peter Weller.

The poster credits revealed another heavyweight: Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross of Nine Inch Nails composed the score — their sixth feature collaboration with Fincher after The Social Network and Gone Girl, Culture.org reports.

IMAX tickets are on sale now for a two-week exclusive IMAX engagement starting November 25 — Thanksgiving weekend — ahead of the Netflix premiere December 23. One wrinkle: Regal and Cinemark boycotts trimmed the IMAX footprint from roughly 350 to 200 screens, so tickets may go fast.

For millennials who made OUATIH a generational comfort watch, a Fincher-directed sequel with a Tarantino script is one of the year’s biggest movie events.
