Former Hillsong pastor Carl Lentz claims Justin and Hailey Bieber gave his family just 24 hours to vacate the Biebers’ New York apartment after Lentz’s November 2020 cheating scandal broke, according to Lentz’s new book Overcoming Infidelity: 10 Conversations to Help You Heal the Hurt (published Oct. 20).

Lentz says the Biebers had initially told the family to “use their place as long as needed” before the abrupt reversal. He calls the eviction a “kick to the ribs” — and names Tyler Perry as the one friend who walked “straight into the fire” to help the family.
