A band from London just wrote a love song to Ohio — and they’re backing it up with three shows in ten days.

PALACE’s new single “Ohio” comes from their fifth album OX (out September), and the inspiration is as local as it gets: a night out in Columbus after their Newport Music Hall show, alongside Ohio-native friends David and Philly Reed.

Now the 29-date US/CA fall tour brings the song back to its namesake state — three times over:

  • Detroit — Saint Andrew’s Hall, November 10
  • Cleveland — House of Blues, November 11 (tickets around $55)
  • Columbus — Newport Music Hall, November 14 (tickets around $60)

Every single one is an easy drive from Toledo. A London band singing about Ohio, in Ohio, three times in one week — that’s a ToledoBuzz story if we’ve ever seen one.
