It’s official: the 2026 Kennedy Center Honorees are here, and this year’s class is absolutely stacked. Announced Monday, Nov. 2, the 49th class of honorees is a cross-genre dream team of music, movies and the stage.

Paul Anka — the singer-songwriter behind timeless classics like “My Way” and “She’s a Lady.”

David Foster — the hitmaker producer whose catalog reads like a history of modern pop.

Andy Garcia — the actor immortalized as Sonny Corleone in The Godfather: Part III.

David Mamet — the playwright whose razor-sharp dialogue reshaped American theater.

Barbara Mandrell — the country music superstar whose hits defined a generation.

And in a historic first, the ceremony is leaving the Kennedy Center — the celebration moves to Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. on December 7.
