TOLEDO — Toledo police have identified all six people involved in the Halloween-night head-on crash at Hill Avenue and Wenz Road that killed three people, including two teenagers.

Tewan Terry, 19, was driving a Dodge Charger eastbound on Hill Avenue late Saturday night when it collided head-on with a westbound Chevrolet Blazer driven by Nasir Johnson, 26, according to the Toledo Police Department.

Terry and one of his passengers, 17-year-old Antonio Adams, died at the scene. Johnson was taken to the University of Toledo Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.

Three other people were hurt: two teenagers, ages 16 and 17, who were passengers in the Charger, and a 28-year-old passenger in the Blazer. All three were taken to area hospitals. Police have not released information on the extent of their injuries.

The crash happened just after 11 p.m. Saturday in south Toledo. Police are still investigating what caused the collision and have not said whether alcohol or drugs were a factor or whether any charges will be filed. (See our earlier report on the crash.)
