Three people are dead and three others are hospitalized after a head-on crash in South Toledo on Halloween night.

Toledo police say the crash happened Saturday night, Oct. 31, just before 11:15 p.m. at Hill Avenue and Wenz Road. A Dodge Charger heading east on Hill Avenue struck a westbound Chevy Blazer head-on.

• The Charger’s driver, 19-year-old Tewan Terry, and a passenger, 17-year-old Antonio Adams, died at the scene.
• The Blazer’s driver, 26-year-old Nasir Johnson, died later at the University of Toledo Medical Center.
• Three additional people — ages 16, 17 and 28 — were taken to hospitals with undisclosed injuries.

Police have not said what caused the crash, whether impairment was a factor, or whether charges are expected. The investigation is developing.
