Cardi B Finally Reveals Her Baby Boy’s Name — and His Face — on His 1st Birthday
After a year of keeping the secret, Cardi B has finally revealed her youngest son’s name — and his face.
The rapper celebrated her baby boy’s first birthday on Wednesday, Nov. 4, with an Instagram tribute that named him for the first time: Grey Marsean Diggs. The post also shared the first clear photos of his face, ending a year of mystery that began with his birth on Nov. 4, 2025.
Cardi had kept the name private since he was born — even shutting down fan guesses, including “Grayson,” back in January. Her representative confirmed the full name, Grey Marsean Diggs, to Billboard.
Grey is Cardi’s fourth child and her first with NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs. The birthday post featured a “Grey’s Anatomy”-themed party, with the toddler dressed in tiny surgeon scrubs.
For a year, fans have speculated about the name of the newest member of Cardi’s family. Now the mystery is solved — and the first-birthday photos have the internet swooning.
