On Friday night’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” (HBO), Kid Rock recounted the time he was golfing with Donald Trump when Trump unexpectedly handed him a ringing phone — with French President Emmanuel Macron on the line — then walked away, leaving the Michigan rocker alone on the call.
Kid Rock introduced himself as calling “from the Paris of the Midwest: Detroit,” drawing laughs from Maher and his guests, Sen. Ted Cruz and Axios CEO Jim VandeHei.
