65 homes break ground downtown

Cherry Street Mission broke ground today on Mission Point, a $22 million, 65-unit, four-story supportive housing complex at Monroe & 14th in downtown Toledo. The income-based homes, supported by federal subsidies, are set to open in late 2027 and will serve Toledoans experiencing chronic homelessness.
