Cleveland’s Own Cloud Nothings Just Announced a 2027 Tour — With Detroit, Cleveland, and Columbus Dates
Cleveland is exporting noise again — and this time it’s headed straight for Toledo’s backyard.
Cloud Nothings, the Cleveland indie rock band fronted by Dylan Baldi, announced a 2027 North American tour today behind their forthcoming album What Kind of Hell Did You Survive?, due January 29, 2027 on Pure Noise Records.
The routing reads like a love letter to the Great Lakes: Detroit’s Blind Pig on February 3, Cleveland’s Grog Shop on February 5, and Columbus’ Ace of Cups on February 14. The tour kicks off February 3 in Chicago, swings through Windsor (Feb 6) and Toronto (Feb 7), and wraps March 8 in St. Louis.
Translation for Toledo readers: two of the three Ohio dates are an easy drive. Cleveland’s Grog Shop is the band’s home turf, and Detroit’s Blind Pig is a legendary small room for a band this loud.
Tickets go on sale to the general public Thursday (November 5) at 10 a.m. local time.
For a band that built its name on raw, cathartic indie rock, a new album plus a 2027 run is a major creative move — and exactly the kind of Ohio-connected announcement that belongs on ToledoBuzz.
