TOLEDO, Ohio — An 18-year-old Toledo man has been indicted on rape and other felony charges after an alleged sexual assault at a Toledo rehabilitation hospital.

Antoniyo Perkins was indicted Nov. 4 by a Lucas County grand jury on four felony charges — rape, felonious assault, gross sexual imposition and abduction — according to 13abc.

Perkins is accused of sexually assaulting a victim at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest Ohio in Toledo on Sept. 4, 2026. Police records say he also grabbed the victim by the neck and pushed her head downward, hurting her neck and leaving red marks.

Perkins was sentenced earlier this year for his role in a police pursuit that ended in an innocent motorist being injured in a crash.

The charges are allegations. Perkins has been indicted, not convicted.
